Frequently asked questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales, returns, stock and reports work on the shop PC without internet. Internet is only needed to upload the copy to the web dashboard; when the connection comes back, the data uploads automatically.
Is my data safe, and who can see it?
The original data stays on the shop PC. The web dashboard shows a read-only copy, seen only by the members you add from the shop PC, and a viewer does not see cost or profit. Each shop is isolated from the others, passwords are stored as hashes, and the servers are in the EU (Frankfurt). Details are in the privacy policy. Privacy policy

Can I use several cashier PCs?
Yes. Extra cashier PCs on the shop's local network connect to the main PC and work with it.
Do you help with installation and printers?
Yes. We help you install the app and connect the receipt printer and cash drawer. Contact us to arrange it.
What happens if my PC breaks?
From the app you download a full backup in one file (products and their photos, sales, customers and all records) and restore it on the new PC, and we help you move the license to it. Keep the backup off the PC regularly. The cloud copy is for viewing only and cannot be restored to the shop.
